label all gangs in the United States as domestic terrorists.

Label all active gang members as domestic terrorists and charge them as such with real penalties and prison time. Gangs are ruining a lot of once great American cities, and it's time to reverse course. All of the talked about youth programs and various other programs set up to combat crime don't work in a lot of cities. This country is so worried about protecting the rights of everybody, that we include even criminals who would show law abiding citizens no such rights. And let's make no mistake about it, if you join a gang, you WILL be involved in criminal activity at some point. So why not just end this now? Label gangs as illegal, and label them as domestic terrorists.
