Label and legally recognize the Westboro Baptist Church as a terrorist organization.

The Westboro Baptist Church continues to prey upon and terrorize the grieving families of fallen service members and any other members of social groups they do not approve of by protesting their funerals. They disrupt the peace of already grief-stricken families and go out of their way to cause further grief in their actions by shouting discriminatory and hateful speech against those they are protesting and by holding banners and signs that promote the same hate and discrimination. These families have a right to lay their loved ones to rest in peace and without disruption. This group also promotes discrimination and hate (many times, leading to violence) against social groups they do not believe in, which infringes upon the civil rights and liberties of such social groups.
