label attacks on school property as domestic terrorism and employ the National Guard (militia) to protect the grounds.

Created by J.B. on December 25, 2012

Label any person who makes a threat to or carries out acts of violence on public property used to educate our children as a domestic terrorist. Any act made in order to incite fear, inflict pain or suffering, cause death or destruction should be considered an act of domestic terrorism when carried out against or on the property of our public school systems.
2nd Amendment - Well regulated militias have been formed due to being necessary to the security of a free State. One form of this militia is the National Guard that is maintained by the state under the direction of the respective state Governor and ultimately the President of the United States.
As such, we petition the Obama Administration to call upon state Governors to employ at least one armed Guardsman in each public school.
