Gangs in Chicago continue to run rampant in the streets killing and igniting fear in the general public. The Chicago Police Department does not have enough power to tear down these gangs, labeling them as terrorists would make it much easier to tear down this disease to society running rampant throughout Chicago. This is your hometown Mr. President, it's time to start caring.
