All Hate Groups which have had members of any type involved in Hate Crimes should rightly be deemed Domestic Terrorist Organizations, and dealt with as any other terrorist organization. Those with such activity within the past 10 years should be systematically investigated, disassembled, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law.
This can be accomplished by using the databases created by the FBI, SPLC, and other organizations, as well as criminal records for Hate Crimes. These are readily accessible resources which should present no obstacles to implementation.
As this action will clearly benefit to the internal peace and stability of the Nation, it should be instituted as soon as possible.
