A terrorist is defined as:
1. a person, usually a member of a group, who uses or advocates terrorism.
2. a person who terrorizes or frightens others.
Street gangs terrorize neighborhoods and cities by instilling fear in citizens. It's getting very bad out there. One cannot ignore the paranoia and fear sometimes when walking into a business establishment, or just standing in front of their house in low-income areas.
Street gangs control neighborhoods through fear. It's not so much the actual violence that controls people, it's the fear and intimidation.
Foreign terrorists use these tactics & we actively pursue them. Please, consider doing the same for domestic terrorists that inhibit us from living peaceful and productive lives.
