I hereby petition the United States Congressional Body to immediately enact law classifying rioters as Domestic Terrorists. The act of rioting impacts persons of all color and greed. Rioting is nothing more than an act of terror to sway or cow citizens by endangering their lives and lively hoods at its worst and opportunist looting at best.
