Label the Tea Party, for their role in organizing multiple state secession movements, a seditious group and prosecute.

The so-called Tea Party, due to their inablilty to accept the forward progress of these United States of America, are both covertly and overtly organizing citizens to "threaten" the current administration with withdrawl from the Union. The majority of the population has spoken and chosen Barack Obama to be our President for a second term, and that majority choice so offends the sensibilities of the Tea Party's radical minority that they have taken to organizing traitorous and seditious actions. They must be prosecuted as such.
