Make it illegal to fire a person for unpopular views on twitter, facebook, instagram or any other social media site.
To hire human beings means they are human. They have differences. Unpopular opinions exist in the workforce. No one is the same and no one can be expected to live up to politically correct standards of expression.
If one does their job well, no matter what unpopular and gross despicable opinions for venting they publish online, outside the job, should not be grounds to fire them. They don't represent a company when they speak out individually.
