AIG is now claiming, after agreeing to the terms of the U.S. taxpayer funded bailout which saved them, that the terms of the loan caused their shareholders to lose profit. AIG is threatening to sue the U.S. Government to retrieve these profits. If AIG does sue, we the People, must counter sue for all legal expenses as well as a punitive amount against AIG.
