A federal Investigation should be launched to look into a Chandler Police Officers actions. Officer Doug Rose violated Esmeralda Rossi's constitutional rights in numerous ways. By entering her house without her permission, a warrant or probable cause he violated her 4th amendment rights. By trying to force her to answer questions about a previous incident with her estranged husband without an attorney present he violated her 5th amendment rights. By telling her he entered her home because of the attitude she had when speaking to him he violated her 1st amendment right to free speech. Local Law enforcement has shown an inability to properly investigate these issues in the past or properly discipline the officers involved. The people need to be heard and have their rights protected.
