For about a month now I've been hearing a number of troubling allegations about the Monsanto Corporation. Specifically how they are trying to patent seeds through a loophole in European Law, that they have placed people in federal government positions, that they have blocked the labeling of food as having GMO ingredients in California, and finally how they have passed something called, "The Monsanto Protection Act."
The old adage, "where there is smoke, there's fire" applies here. We the petitioners ask that President Obama personally launch a Federal investigation into Monsanto Corporation. Furthermore we ask that an example be set, to let corporations know they can't buy the agencies which are supposed to protect the American consumer.
