Launch a Federal investigation of the Roman Catholic Church for all illegal activities. Order the FBI to lead and coordinate with all Federal, state and local law enforcement and human services organizations. Investigate actions by the church worldwide which caused, encouraged, or attempted to cover-up criminal acts in the US. Investigate all crimes committed, including but not limited to accessory after the fact, child endangerment, child sexual abuse, rape, non-reporting of crimes required by law, money laundering, racketeering, RICO, willful acts by foreign nationals to evade federal, state, and local laws, perjury, unlawful use of tax-exempt status.
