Launch a full investigation into the Neglect of Animals by Vohne Liche Kennels and their transportation methods

On August 21, 2003 Vohne Liche Kennels transported dogs to Fort Bliss Texas from Denver, Indiana. Upon arrival it was discovered that TEN of the dogs had died in the trailer due to the EXTREME HEAT. THREE other dogs were near death. Since the dogs were discovered on a military base a full federal investigation should be launched into the actions and behaviors leading to the death of these ten helpless dogs, who were locked inside of an aluminum box to travel in Texas in August!
