Launch in internal investigation to who gave the OK on the terrorist attack that the US launched against Kunduz hospital

The airstrike attacks done on the Kunduz Hospital in Afghanistan, killing 12 medical staff and 10 hospital patients on October 3rd, 2015, is absolutely unacceptable. An internal investigation needs to be launched and every individual involved in the planning and green light processes should be tried and persecuted accordingly. This is a terrorist attack that the United States purposely launched and should not be brushed off by any standards. We owe Afghanistan an apology and will need to compensate accordingly. With world tensions at an all time high, especially with the US, something needs to be done immediately to assure the protection of both foreign and domestic individuals.
