Launch investigation into Clarence Thomas' conflict of interest in hearing Monsanto cases.

Created by J.D. on February 22, 2013

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas worked for Monsanto as an attorney in the 1970's yet he refuses to recuse himself from hearing the case against Indiana farmer Vernon Hugh Bowman. His refusal to recuse himself is a clear conflict of interest, and this is not the first time he has heard a case against Monsanto.
