We question the accuracy of a determination of credit worthiness using a scoring rubric that allegedly does not take into account income, savings, and that one can effect either positively or negatively, by doing things like leaving a Credit Card open, vs. closing.
While this sounds like a "consumer Protection issue", it is FAR from that. We believe this is a matter affecting the national economy, in that people have been given loans that should not, but also, that people and businesses have been refused loans that should have been granted.
We The People believe that the banks are at a loss, as they have relied, to their detriment, on this "scoring giant" and are at a loss as to how to determine credit worthiness, be fair, but mostly, to be right.
We The People want scores abolished.
