The Koch-funded Americans for Prosperity has mailed thousands of fraudulent voter registration forms to North Carolina voters. They have also registered a cat to vote and mailed forms to deceased children.
The forms they are sending now give false information about the voter registration deadline (five days late), and on where to return the form by mail.
Deliberately misleading voters on how to register is a felony. The Koch brothers sent similar faulty mailers in Wisconsin back in 2011.
Sign the petition to the U.S. Justice Department: Investigate the Koch Brothers’ fraudulent voter registration effort.
What the Koch Brothers (via Americans for Prosperity) are doing to “register” North Carolina voters is extremely misleading, and suggests that it is intentional---WHICH IS A FELONY!
