Launch a investigation into the NSAs action before 9/11, determine if data mining was necessary and declassify result.

Created by J.S. on January 27, 2014

The National Security Agency (NSA) is tasked with monitoring enemy communications, and figuring out what attacks might be imminent. However as illuminated by the Nova episode "The Spy Factory" by James Bamford, it appeared that the NSA had ample information on the terrorists, knew terrorists were coming to the U.S. and went out of its way to prevent this information from getting to agencies that could have stopped the terrorists. Then after 9/11 it said it needed to spy on all Americans despite the ability to obtain necessary warrants to monitor terrorists with ease. However due to lack of formal investigation, there is no way to know exactly what occurred and that is why we urge the Obama administration to investigate, decide and release all information.
