We, the people of the United States of America, and Citizens of the World at large, urge President Obama and current administration, to promptly work in conjunction with the Department of Education to launch a thorough investigation into the 2012 sexual assault of FSU student Erica Kinsman. After Ms. Kinsman reported the atrocities committed against her, the Tallahassee Police Department failed to act on information she provided. An addition Tallahassee police waited nearly two weeks before contacting James Winston after Kinsman identified him as her assailant. We urge that the Obama administration pressure the appropriate authorities to re-open the sexual assault case against Jameis Winston as well as to probe FSU's and the Tallahassee's police's handling of the initial investigation.
