Using the provocative actions of extremist -minded youth in the night from November 30 to December 1st and subsequent police action to curb extremist actions that hurt the citizens of Ukraine , the Ukrainian opposition forces trying to overthrow the legitimate exercise of power in Ukraine ! In addition , the site of the White House , these same forces have placed a provocative petition urging the U.S. government to carry out illegal armed overthrow of the legitimate authorities of Ukraine and deceitful collecting signatures for this petition ! I beg to condemn the provocative actions of the opposition forces and their attempt to overthrow the legitimate government ! I beg to assure Ukraine that Ukraine's internal affairs - a question of competence only legitimate authority in Ukraine!
