The law and the judges must treat everyone equally before the law regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, color, ethnicity, religion, disability, or other characteristics, without privilege, discrimination, or bias.
Everyone equal means that no man or corporation is too big to jail. It also means that the laws apply to everyone including government officials, such as members of Congress.
All men are equal before the law regardless of social stature.
Any law that applies to one man shall apply to all men.
