Law on diapers

IF, and ONLY IF there will be a law by congress saying ALL ages NO matter wat disability, or who they are, or were they live to wear diapers, and school groups, and other groups to assist em in changing em, and take care of em no matter wat!!!! Younger/older people included!!! (If some disabled people, or some people wear diapers, they are fine, and are not mentioned in this) please read this, and do the best u can to make this possible for those who want to wear diapers, or those who don't, but who want to!!!! ~jasmine
