Law enforcement contacting people's doctors to have medicine they need taken from them until they can prove innocence!

Created by J.T. on September 23, 2016

A Tennessee highway patrol officer contacted my doctor and had me taken off of my medicine that without I am virtually bed ridden only on the basis of suspicion OF DUI I volunteered for a blood test and told the officer due to my disabilities I would not be able to preform well on balance related field sobriety testing. However he could care less. Arrested and charged me and went on to call my doctor and suggest they take away my medication, despite the fact I have not been convicted (nor will I be) of.any crime. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? What has happened to HIPPA LAWS. Furthermore, Dui testing standards should be different for persons with disabilities. My clinic said they will take me back after I beat it in court that could take years! How do I care for my family?
