The Law Enforcement Cultural Awareness and Racial Diversification Initiative.

Create a mandatory national program for law enforcement agencies that will create cultural awareness racial diversification between police officers and the communities they serve. The program should incorporate the following: mentorship for children and young adults, volunteer programs, and a recruitment program that partners with local schools and city leaders to diversify law enforcement agencies. This initiative will mandate that law enforcement agencies that police communities with more than a fifty percent minority population submit to cultural diversity training on a semi-annual basis. The program will also set goals for recruitment efforts, setting a target of forty percent diversification for law enforcement agencies located within minority populated communities by the year 2020.
