Law enforcement officers must present a rights card to individuals before asking to see their id.

A rights card, stating that the individual doesn't consent to any searches, that they choose to remain silent if they so choice, & the question of if their being detained or are free to go. Each card should include the officers name & badge number, as to note possible harshment being done by officer(s).
