A new federal law on Cochlear Implant. Every deaf child shall not be violated of his/her rights before he/she is able to decide if Cochlear Implant is the best tool for him/her. This petition is against the marketing of Cochlear Implant to encourage parents to decide what's best for the deaf child. A deaf child must be ready to decide if Cochlear Implant is what he/she wants as a tool and not the parents.
