When you go to court for a divorce and child custody it is always said, well what's the best interest for the child. But when it comes for the judge to look at evidence and hear you out they give you 20 minutes and then decide. How do you know what is the best interest in 20 mins and not even let the other party be heard. Or take into consideration the evidence. Let the voices be heard for all the CHILDREN AND MOTHERS AND FATHER'S having to go thru that.
