Law so people without cars or public transportation can't be required to walk more than 5 miles to Jury Duty !!!

Reform the law so that the Department of Justice cannot torture the less fortunate citizens of the United States by requiring them to walk UNLIMITED miles to REQUIRED Jury Duty. Exemptions must be granted to people without cars or public transportation within 5 miles of their residence. Freaking government tried to kill a 50+ year old man, me, by forcing me to walk 20 miles throughout the night in country back roads to arrive at Jury Duty by 8:00 am in the morning.
