Within The Constitution of these United States of America. It isn't written that any one person of whom burns, defaces, walks on, or desecrates in any way the Flag of The U.S.A. That those doing this are not punishable by law. The flag represents this Country. The very right that gives People the ability to do such things is the very same right that makes it OK to say they are offended by someone whether it be a Veteran, proud American, or a proud Immigrant that became a American Citizen flying a flag. "We The People" are being Patriotic, but are under fire. After 9/11 we wouldn't have stood for it. However now its a form of protest? That Flag and America represent FREEDOM! The freedom that gives the right to protest I ask you why desecrate it? These actions need to be Punishable!
