We call on the Obama administration to help pressure the government of Azerbaijan to find and punish those involved in the kidnapping of the brother of Elshad Abdullayev (the former president of Azerbaijani International University) Mahir Abdullayev (the major of the Ministry of National Securty), to end the unlawful activities of the government officials who abuse their position in power and are engaged in racketeering and extortion.
