As the Senate of the United States has passed a bill in regard to the "fiscal cliff," the House of Representatives of the United States Congress shall do everything in their power to reach a bi-partisan agreement by end of day on January 1st, 2013. If they should fail to do so, the risk of an economic downturn in the United States will be imminent. Should they fail to reach an agreement on January 1st, 2013, the taxes on salaries of the President of the United States, Vice President, Cabinet Members, Chiefs of Staff, members of the Senate and members of the House of Representatives shall have their taxes increased to 60.5% for no less than one year. This will be in response to their disregard for the majority of Americans and their disregard to find compromise.
