I am siding with Rand Paul and believe laws should apply to everyone not just a select few people the President has promised to take action on ideas put on here so I also propose a amendment to the US constitution as proposed by Rand Paul as follows:
Congress shall make no law applicable to a citizen of the United States that is not equally applicable to Congress... the executive branch and the judicial branch of the federal government.
