If a man is allowed bail on a tier 2/3 after he confesses he should be detained by the proper authorities until the case is closed. How are you calling this justice? If we say "All men are innocent until proven guilty" but the man has pled in writing and tape and bailed a hour later.
Thus this law needs to be that ALL MOLESTERS THAT HAS confessed, are criminals and be held until they are able to prove their innoncence.
