This petition is for, the laws on Child Support to be updated. When a parent is receiving child support they should have to show receipts of everything, every month of what they have spent on their child and what ever money is left from the child support goes into a savings account or a trust fund for the child . Drug tests should be admitted at least every 6's months if there was known drug abuse in the past or any inclination of drug abuse. Social Serveses needs to step in if there is a complaint and take pictures the child and where the child is living. The visit must be confidential to the parent receiving the visit, meaning Social Services needs to have an unexpected visit. The child should have their own room and bed with no other person living in the same room.
