This is a petition to ensure every american the right to protect their lives family and property.It also is to keep firearms out of crinimal's hands who have committed fellonys, or indivuals who have been proven in a court of law to be of unsound mind and judgment.That (1) the applicant who is registering a firearm has no fellonys on record.(2)the applicant must have a drug test to register a firearm however this cannot prevent registration process only on record of registration.It also can be repealed if the findings are believed to be false positive.(3) the applicant must take a brief test on the general laws state federal and sign to responsibilitys of your firearm(s) are yours alone.(4) All military wepons require a tatical weapons permit after completing a tactical weapons safety.
