Laws to stop people from blocking the mailboxes with their vehicles.

There does not seem to be any department but the police department to handled this problem and its not a problem that is serious enough to bring in the police because most people don't want to be known as a whistle blower, especially where they have to live and deal with the people they are reporting that can get out of hand. And yet it is a problem that is serious enough because of the escalation of the matter people are fed up and I'm seeing to many discussion sites on how to handle this, enough of discussion. In the area I stay the postal workers are pamper driving in vans and won't get out of their vehicles they will not leave any mail, sometime they leave a note but that won't work either. Some people don't care they like making other people miserable because they are.
