Not all post offices are bad and lazy but some of them are so rude and don't even care about customer. Last time I called my local office to complain about my packages but they never answer. So I went to local post office to speak directly to them. but they ignored me and just chatting with their workers. they're so rude. they just don't care. I filed a complaint online but still ignored me. I wish government doesn't waste money paying those lazy workers.
