Friends of the African Union (FAU) this Aug 11th 12 in preparation for the 125th day of birth of Marcus Garvey Jr. on Aug 17th 12 do hereby petition the Obama administration to LEAD THE CAMPAIGN TO END SLAVERY WORLDWIDE.
FAU started operations against Slavery this June 19th 2012 and asks you to direct your administration to support the creation of a inter-agency working group to end all Slavery worldwide.
FAU asks you to hold high level talks that lead to a Summit to set the framework for ending slavery.
FAU asks that at the new UN General Assembly opening session that you include this in your speech to the world.
FAU asks that you march in 2013 at the 1st Martin Luther King, Jr. Day March against Slavery from the World Peace Bell to the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
