We ask a global definition of "privacy" which includes the language "privacy includes a citizen's intent by obvious action preparing, during, and transacting a communication" to be added to the constitution in our favor guaranteeing specific protections for every citizen. A simple example is a citizen purchases telephone service where a choice of private or party line are options. The example citizen chooses a private line fully expecting no one else to have normal legal access to their communications via their new phone.
We believe the definition of "privacy" is currently twisted to suit whatever purpose government wishes. The 4th amendment was written to address some privacy issues but is undermined when the base words structuring it are used outside their purpose.
