We The People desire that, as it is apparent none of you has the will or the ability to live within your means and/or live within a budget or for that matter even balance a budget, all members of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches and any appointees, employees and/or staffers be paid a salary that does not exceed the average salary of the common citizen. It’s about time that you led by example rather than demanding more of us.
If you’re forced to live on the wages we live on and live with the rules you shove down our throats, then maybe you’ll finally understand what it is like to be in our shoes and perhaps you’ll think twice before letting us “eat cake”.
