Global warming is clearly impacting our world. It's just beginning as we can expect a higher frequency of super storms as well as droughts and scorching heat (check out Australia with the highest temps ever recorded there this year). Please stop and think of what kind of world we are leaving for our children and grandchildren! The USA can take the lead toward cutting CO2 emissions by mandating the transition to electric automobiles. Also we must accelerate the electric car battery technology, like IBM's lithium air battery which has potential of 300 miles per charge. We have the moral responsibility to our children to do everything in our power to lower CO2 emissions, electric cars are a start and ultimately would make a big impact worldwide in reducing CO2 emissions.
