Lead the Repeal of the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution

In 1787, our country forefathers attached the 1st 10 Amendments to the Constitution, and called them "The Bill of Rights." This document was written and approved for the new government, in response to the British, in 1776, for the 13 colony's citizens to be dis-armed. Our forefathers wanted to guarantee that our new government would not be able to make the same demands on the now American People.
But our forefathers were a pretty intelligent bunch. They know what was needed in the late 19th century might not be relevant in a modern America. So they left a way, in the Constitution, to amend the document as needed. 17 times since 1789 our Constitution was amended. it is time for a new amendment. We propose that the Obama Administration lead the way for a repeal of the 2nd Amendment.
