The United States needs to initiate a race of saving the earth from innumerable future catastrophes caused by global climate change. We believe that it is necessary to ban gas & diesel cars in a major city by the year 2035. From there, every other year, another city shall be chosen. Another option is we could also make it a race! The first city to completely ban gas cars shall be awarded an infrastructure grant to support charging stations and any other support required for adaptation to an all-electric transportation system. The grant could be an incentive for a nation-wide race, which the world would follow.
