As leader of the Democratic Party, change the primary delegate rules to reflect a true democratic process.

The recent results of the Wyoming Democratic primary illustrate a grave injustice to the American people and risk the credibility of the Democratic Party. Bernie Sanders won the popular vote 56% to 44% and yet 11 delegates went to Hilary Clinton, while Senator Sanders on received 7. The Party cannot argue for voter rights effectively nor argue against voter disenfranchisement while they let this to continue. Our elections process is breaking the promise of our nation and jeopardizing or entire democracy.
