Learn the job of Congress and stop bullying them

Created by A.L. on June 11, 2013

Hello Mr. Obama,

I hear you use phrases such as "Congress is not doing their job" or "Congress needs to pass my bill" but that shows a lack of understanding of the role of congress.

The role of congress is to represent their constituents, and do what they think is best for the people; they are equal to you not below you. You seem to think that they need to pass your legislation and agree with you to do their job, but in reality by disagreeing they are doing their job and fighting for the American people and their constituents.

Then, instead of you working with them, and trying to compromise you bully them. You use the media to say they don't know how to do their job, and that they are bad people. It is extremely disgusting that children are learning bullying from the President.
