At least double NASA's budget, and actually have the President respond to the petition

The response to the prior petition was inadequate. We assert that if any federal expenditure can actually stimulate economic activity more than it costs in taxes then NASA would be it. We respectfully request that the President himself explain why he does not believe the additional expenditure would not significantly improve the economy and the global stature of the United States, especially in response to advances made by other nations.
