Leave the 2nd Amendment it tact. As it reads "...SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED." That's simple English. No Conditions, changes.

Created by T.B. on December 21, 2012

To ensure protection and the entire integrity of the 2nd Amendment. The legal definition and Webster's dictionary defines "shall not be infringed" as not open for change, alteration, and or compromise. This wasn't open for options, or compromise then, and it isn't now. There is a reason why it IS the 2nd Amendment. The gun smuggling from abroad, gangs trading guns for drugs, them are already laws that can't be properly enforced, Law abiding citizens do not need more laws, and outlaws don't care about the ones that are already in effect. Veterans for school security, moonlighting policemen, there are ways to protect schools without mutilating the sanctity of the 2nd Amendment .
