Leave Daylight Savings Time going year round so we don't have to change our clocks every six months.

Created by N.W. on March 10, 2014

We the people of the United States of America are sick of the confusing and time-consuming nature of Daylight Savings Time. Rather than having to "Spring Forward" and "Fall Back" every year, we are petitioning the United States government to simply leave "Daylight Time" as is year round so that we never have to change our clocks again.

As evidenced by Toronto mayor Rob Ford's Twitter page, even the mayor of one of North America's largest cities has trouble keeping track of this absurd tradition.

It is silly to have to go around the house changing clocks and trying to remember "Is it this weekend or next weekend?" or "Do we gain or lose an hour?"

Whether we stay on "Daylight Time" or "Standard Time", let's end the madness of Daylight Savings Time once and for all.
