In order for each state to prosper, it must be allowed internal regulation. Many states have tried to gain the ability to regulate their environmental resources and labor under the Tenth Amendment. The Supreme Court ruled against this, nullifying the argument. Relinquishing power to the states is still long overdue, we must change the blanket regulations passed down upon all states. Each state is different and expresses great diversity, whether it be in the workforce, environmental resources, or both. A state must have the power to utilize their diversity in shaping the way things are regulated and resources allocated to increase efficiency. Overall growth comes by letting each state refine and better regulate their own workers and resources to reach their maximum economic contribution.
